Help Us Fight Hunger and Isolation Among Older Adults
As Executive Director of Encore Community Services, I’m dedicated to improving the lives of older adults in New York City. This year, I’m taking that mission to the streets: By the end of December, I’ll personally deliver 1,000 nourishing meals to homebound older adults across our city.
This effort—Jeremy’s Meal Delivery Challenge—is more than symbolic. It’s about showing up with heart, hope, and home-cooked care for the thousands of older New Yorkers who rely on Encore. Many of those I’ll visit receive only one nutritious meal per day—and their meal delivery volunteer may be the only person they see.
I’m delivering meals—and I need your support.
My Goal
One dollar for every step, every meal, every moment of care.
My Promise
One at a time, with care and heart.
Your Impact
= One Meal Delivered

Level 3

Triple Your Impact
The following donors contributed to tripling all donations:
Anonymous (2), C.A.R.E, Esco Drug Company, Brigaid, Ellen Dunn, Carol O’Rourke
These heroes will matched every dollar donated to Jeremy’s Meal Delivery Challenge, totaling $30,000
$15,000 donated + $30,000 matched = Total of $45,000 raised
Every donation lifts someone out of isolation. Every meal brings hope. And every step I take—thanks to you—reminds an older New Yorker they are never alone.
Thank you for walking this journey with me.
Warmly,

Jeremy Kaplan
