The Encore Warm Line is a free, 24/7 non-emergency phone service designed to support individuals in our community. Trained staff are available to provide a listening ear, offer emotional support, answer questions, and connect callers to appropriate services such as housing, nutrition programs, and other community resources. This service is intended for support and guidance and is not a substitute for emergency services.
Warm Line is staffed by Encore Community Services’ partner, Fountain House.
The elevator will be out of commission during this time - ATAC remains open; accessible via stairs only.
