Stay Safe During Extreme Heat

Temperatures are reaching dangerous levels today and tomorrow. If you can remain indoors, please do so—and avoid strenuous outdoor activities. If you need a safe, cool place to spend time and can travel there safely, our Centers will be open with extended hours. You’re welcome to stop by, rest, stay cool, and connect with others.

Remember to:

Drink plenty of water—even if you’re not thirsty.
Wear loose, light clothing.
Check in on neighbors or loved ones who may need assistance.
